Processing
Orders are packed the same business day payment clears when received before the daily cut-off. Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays are packed the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
Discretion
Every parcel ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no medicine references on the exterior. The return label shows a neutral business name.
Delivery areas
We ship to every region and territory in the UK. We cannot ship internationally, to PO boxes in some regions, or across the border under any circumstances.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact sales@zopicloneshop.co.uk and we will open a carrier trace. Confirmed lost parcels are reshipped or refunded.
